Information

This General Support service provides a way for Massasoit students and employees to request help for issues that are not identified elsewhere in our Service Catalog. If you have searched the Service Catalog and cannot find a service that describes what you need, please use this General Support service to request help with your issue. Requests for this service will be fulfilled to the best of our ability. Since these requests may fall outside of the scope of Information Technology Services usual offerings we cannot guarantee all requests will be fulfilled as requested.

Availability

This service is available to all College students, staff, and faculty.

For the purposes of this policy technology assets can include hardware, software, or any other technical resource required to complete a planned initiative.
