Expired/Expiring Global Protect Password

Issue/Question

  • I got a notification from Global Protect saying that my password is expiring.
  • Global Protect says my password is expired or invalid. 

Resolution

  • Global Protect uses the same password as MyMassasoit. To reset your password before it expires according to Global Protect, follow our article on resetting your MyMassasoit password.
  • If you can log into the MyMassasoit Portal, you should be able to log into Global Protect using the same username and password. Make sure you're using the same credentials in both platforms.
