The ITS Help Desk is here to make your experience using technology and online services at Massasoit secure, convenient, and reliable. 

Ways to Contact Us

College students, faculty, and staff can get help in four ways:

Via Massasoit ITS Service Portal

  • Here on the Massasoit ITS Service Portal, we have an ever-growing Knowledge Base full of instructions articles, tips & tricks guides, and solutions for common questions and problems. Try searching for the service or issue you have a question about or browsing the Knowledge Base to find the information you need.
  • For specific inquiries or service requests, check out the Service Catalog to submit a ticket.

By Telephone - (508) 588-9100 x1139

  • Telephone support is available at (508) 588-9100 x1139 Monday through Friday 8am-4pm.
  • Between high call volume and low staffing, there may not always be someone available to take your call at that moment. Please leave a voicemail if your call isn't answered; we make our best efforts to respond to all voicemails within one business day.

In Person

  • The Help Desk, located at T544 (Technology Building room 544) is open during our business hours of Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. 
  • When visiting the help desk for an issue, please have your ticket number you received from ITS ready.

Please note that we are funded through the Technology Fee assessed to all students with the purpose of providing technical support to the college and its constituents. We are regretfully unable to provide support to users who have no current Massasoit affiliation.

The ITS Help Desk offers full support for Massasoit-owned devices and services.

  • First-level Ethernet and wireless network support
  • Virus and spyware removal
  • Backups and data transfers
  • Account support for all currently-affiliated persons
  • Education about personal-computing best practices

Our services are available only to current Massasoit students, faculty, and staff, except as noted.

  • Canvas has a 24/7 live-agent support hotline: 855-205-4238
  • Canvas also offers a chat support option for both students and faculty. To use this, log into Canvas and click on the "Help" button in the sidebar on the left. 
  • If you're unable to log into Canvas, our ITS Help Desk can help with that.
