Survey Support Request

Survey Support Requests are used when assistance is needed with the design, administration, or analysis of surveys. IR provides guidance to ensure survey quality, reduce survey fatigue, and ensure appropriate use of institutional data. Survey support helps ensure that survey findings are actionable for assessment, planning, program improvement, and institutional decision-making. Requests are prioritized based on institutional need, regulatory deadlines, accreditation requirements, and alignment with strategic initiatives.

Standard requests typically require at least 10 business days. Complex or large-scale requests may require additional time. IR may consult with requesters to clarify data needs or adjust scope. Time-sensitive requests should indicate deadlines clearly.
