Information
Communications can help share important information to faculty and staff (via Outlook) or to students (via Gmail). Information conveyed in emails must be relevant and approved by Communications and/or relevant divisional leadership. Please include as much information as possible in the request and attach any relevant graphics, flyers, documents, or photos. Please provide at least two weeks of advance notice.
Please note that when making your request, please distinguish between what information needs to be sent to either employees or students, or to both employees and students.
Some information requested may be re-routed to another office to include in their regular outreach on a case-by-case basis. Otherwise, information may instead be included in the Monday Morning Minute.
