The Office of College Communications has oversight of all promotional materials – either through inventory or art approvals. If your program has budgeted for promotional items or giveaways, it is the responsibility of the individual program to coordinate ordering items. All artwork must be provided to Communications for approval. Additionally, Communications (“Marketing”) approval is required for direct pays and purchase requisitions for promotional items. General Massasoit promotional items are not to be ordered without expressed permission from Communications.
Communications maintains an inventory of promotional items that at times may include apparel, pens, lanyards, keychains, bookmarks, folders, etc. These are available for request and may be provided based on availability. Please provide at least one week of advance notice - items can be picked up in the Administration Building during normal business hours.
When hosting an event or attending a trade show/fair, Communications also has available for request tablecloths, runners, banners, flags, and tents (for outdoor events). Any borrowed items must be returned and accounted for in a timely manner. Offices are responsible for replacing damaged or lost items.
