Information
To request photography services at your event, please give as much lead time as possible. Communications does its best to accommodate as many requests as possible for photographs, but events inevitably overlap, particularly at busy times of the year. Certain events may require an external photographer and can be scheduled on an as-needed basis for a rate of $300 per hour of photography (two-hour minimum) through Communications. Please provide a four-week notice of the event for in-house photographers and at least six weeks for scheduling a contract photographer.
All external photographers must be vetted by Communications to ensure their compliance with our ownership and copyright protocols and to sign appropriate College contracts.
Communications reserves the right to require signed waiver/release forms for all individuals who appear in photographs. A digital version of the waiver form is available online.
