How to Reset Your Massasoit Password

  • How do I reset my password for the MyMassasoit Portal or Canvas?

  • If your password isn't working or you've forgotten your password, use our Self-Service Password Reset page to create a new password for your account.
     

 

Reset Your Password
Use this button  to get to our Password Reset page, or
click "Can't access your account?" on the MyMassasoit Portal login page.
 

Note: To use the Password Reset page, you must have two authentication methods set up on your account.
If you haven't set up two methods yet, contact the ITS Help Desk for help.

 

Using Self-Service Password Reset
 

  1. On the Password Reset page, enter your full Massasoit email address, then enter the characters shown in the verification picture and click Next.

  1. When asked "Why are you having trouble signing in," select I forgot my password, then click Next.
     
  2. Complete two verification methods by selecting a method on the left and following the prompts to the right.

  1. Once you've verified two methods, you'll be prompted to create a new password.
     
    • Your new password must be at least 8 characters long and be different from a previous password.

Your password has now been reset and you are all set!

 

 

 

 

Able to log in already and want to change your password?
 

If you are able to log into the Portal but would like to reset your password, follow these instructions:
 

  1. Log into the MyMassasoit Portal and click on the 3-line menu  in the top left corner of the page, then click on "My Account."

  1. In the Account Settings section, click on "Change Password."

  1. Confirm your old (current) password, then type in a new password and confirm it. 
     
    • Your new password must be at least 8 characters long and be different from a previous password.
       
  2. Once you click Submit, the page will let you know if your password has been reset successfully or if you need to enter a different password based on the requirements.
