Issue/Question
How do I connect to Massaoit's eduroam network?
How do I connect to eduroam while visiting another organization?
How do I use my Massasoit credentials while visiting another organization?
Resolution
Step 1: Network Identification
Use your device to browse for available wireless networks.
At Massasoit, the eduroam network is called "eduroam".
At many (but not all) participating locations, the network will also be called "eduroam".
To find the name of a participating organization's eduroam network, you can either contact their IT department or by follow this link to
all participating organizations
in the United States. Clicking on the organization's name will provide you with more information, including a 'Configuration URL'. This URL will take you to that organizations website where you can find directions for making your connection.
Connect to the appropriate network. You will be prompted for your credentials.
Step 2: Enter Your Credentials
Students: Enter your MyMassasoit username followed by
@massasoit.edu
, and your MyMassasoit password.
Staff and Faculty: Enter your MyMassasoit username follwed by
@massasoit.mass.edu
and your MyMassasoit password.
