• How do I navigate through MS Teams?

Resolution

Teams uses a series of navigation buttons to quickly access various functions.

The primary functions users at Massasoit would be interested in are:

Activity Feed

• Click to see the Activity feed. This will show you what has been going on with your team right up to the minute.

Chat

• Click  to access the Chat function. Please see Teams: How to use Chat in MS Teams

Teams

• Click  to access the list of Teams you are assigned to. 

Calendar

Teams provides each group with its own calendar and is visible to all Team members. This calendar is in addition to your own individual Outlook calendar.

• Click to see the Team calendar. It is in the same style and format as your Outlook calendar.

Files
