How to Set Up RingCentral Account

Issue/Question

  • I just received an email from RingCentral regarding setting up my account. How do I do this? 

Resolution

  • You will receive a link in your email from RingCentral (support@ringcentral.com) which will contain a button to press. Please click the “Set up your account” button in the body of the email.

 

This button will redirect you to your browser, where you will be presented with this screen on RingCentral’s website

  • Please set a PIN for your account. Once it is accepted, you will be redirected to the main screen in RingCentral’s website, where you can begin using your phone features, such as calling, and checking Voicemail.
