How do I access an account using a USB YubiKey?

Resolution

• Open an Incognito window (Google Chrome) or InPrivate window (Microsoft Edge) and go to https://my.massasoit.mass.edu

• Log in with Massasoit email address

 

• Select "Other ways to sign in"

 

 

• Select "Use a Security Key"

 

 

• Select "Use an external security key"

 

 

• Enter Security PIN provided by ITS

 

 

• Touch your security key

 

 

• Select either No or Yes.

 

 

You are now logged into the Massasoit Portal
