How do I present a PowerPoint during a Teams Meeting?
Resolution
You can a PowerPoint presentation during a Teams meeting by following these instructions.
During the meeting you will see the meeting control panel.
- Click
(Share Content).
You will see the options for opening different types of content.
Find the file with the content you wish to present. A best practice is to upload your files into your OneDrive space beforehand.
- Choose your file and click Share.
Your PowerPoint will appear and allow you to full screen and scroll through the presentation.
When you have completed the presentation, click Stop Presenting.
