- Can I check my camera status prior to a meeting in MS Teams?
Resolution
Yes, you can quickly check to see if your camera is functioning properly in MS Teams. To do this:
- Click on your Teams Profile icon.
You will see the Profile options menu.
You will see the Settings menu.
You will see the Device settings menu.
Under the Camera settings you will see a live image from your camera (preview mode).
If your device has more than one camera, under the Camera drop-down list, choose the one you wish to check.
If the image is not appearing normally there is an issue with the camera.
