- I can set up my availability to Do Not Disturb. However, I still need to be notified if certain people need to get in contact with me. Can I select those people in a specific setting?
Resolution
Yes, you can go through the Teams Privacy feature and select certain people. To do this:
- Click on your Team profile icon.
You will see your profile settings.
You will see the various profile settings.
- Click Privacy.
- Click Manage Priority Access.
You will see the Priority Access settings.
- Enter the name of the person you wish to grant priority access. You can enter several people one at a time.
- When all the names are entered, either click Back to Settings or close the box.
The names entered will still be able to contact you after your status is set as Do Not Disturb.
