Box Office Ticket Printing

Issue/Question

• How do I get these tickets to print in the proper format? 

Resolution

• When using audienceview, you will be prompted to use the print function built in with Google Chrome. Please follow these instructions to print the ticket normally. This process will need to be used with every ticket printed. Personal details have been redacted in the sample tickets, 
• First, select the print option when viewing the PDF preview of your ticket. 

• Next, select "Print from system dialogue. The option is highlighted in the picture below. 

• Finally, click "Print" in the pop up screen, and your ticket will print from the BOCA systems printer to the left of the keyboard. 

Troubleshooting: 

If your ticket prints incorrectly, please ensure that the print dialogue screens match the screen shots in this article. If any issues persist, please restart the printer, and then the pc.
