How do I access a delegated email account in GSuite?
Resolution
Log on to the portal (
https://my.massasoit.mass.edu
) and click on "Google Apps Email" from Launchpad on the left.
Once you are in your personal massasoit.edu mailbox, click on your user icon in the upper-right hand corner to select the other mailbox you would like to access
If you are not seeing the account listed, try logging out and back in again. If you are still not seeing the account after that, you may need to be delegated permissions to access the account. You can request those permissions here:
