NOTE: For current employees who are resigning from one position and beginning another, the current supervisor should submit a Termination ticket and the new supervisor should submit a New Account ticket. ITS will ensure continuity of accounts across old and new positions where appropriate.

Password reset

For password and authorization related issues. This includes being unable to login to MyMassasoit or the computers on campus.

New account (including internal transfers)

Request an account for a new employee, internal transfer, contractor, consultant, or other authorized personnel.

Account termination (including internal transfers)

Remove technology access for employees and authorized third parties who are ending their current position. This includes current employees who are leaving one position to begin another.

Request Temporary Admin Rights

For requesting temporary administrative rights over your work computer.

Request changes to Outlook Address Book information

Request changes to Outlook Address information including Name, Title, Extension, and Room Number.

Request additional technology access

This service is to request a modification of an employee's existing technology access, such as a new form in Banner, a new network share, or a new Argos report. Please note, this service must be requested on behalf of an employee by their supervisor.

Request access to a shared file or folder in SharePoint or on the network

There are hundreds of Sharepoint and network folders in which are stored millions of files that are used by a variety of faculty, staff and students across campus. Use this form to request access to those files as required by your position, job or class.

Request Assistance with Multi-Factor Authentication

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is a method used to provide increased security for usernames and passwords. Massasoit requires usernames to be verified by a second method on a personal device. Users are required to set up and acknowledge a predetermined prompt after entering username/password.
