Request Help with an Email Account

Please use this service if you're receiving SPAM messages, are getting emails bounced back for emails you know exist, or require confirmation about the delivery of an email.

If your primary computer is approaching its end-of-life and has degraded performance, you can request a new one. Requests subject to budget considerations and technical merit.

Make a request for software to be installed from one or all computer labs across campus. This service request is intended to be able to ask for new software to be installed that may not already be present, rather than updating any software that is already installed.

Request refresh of a Banner test or development database

Request a refresh (or clone) of a Banner test of development database. Clones provide a copy of production (PROD) as of a point in time and may be useful for testing, development, or reporting purposes. Refreshes must be coordinated amongst all users who may be using the environments.

Request technical support for Banner

This service includes: evaluating Banner changes; process automation; and general technical support. Please do not use this service for reporting error messages.

This service includes: evaluating Degree Works changes; process automation; and general technical support. Please do not use this service to report error messages.
