To forward a call on RingCentral, you can:
- From the RingCentral app
- Click Settings > Phone > Call rules and voicemail
- Click the Forward all calls toggle button to enable call forwarding
- Click Incoming calls and select where to forward your calls
- Click Save
- From the desk phone
- Press the Forward soft button located on the bottom of your phone screen
- As an admin
- Sign in to RingCentral
- Access your profile in the Admin Portal
- Navigate to Users, then Manage Users
- Select the extension you need then select Call forwarding and Voicemail
- Use the Forward all company calls (FACC) feature
- Set up FACC in the RingCentral app for desktop and web, the mobile app, or in the RingCentral Admin Portal
- You need auto-receptionist permission to set up FACC
You can also:
- Set up call forwarding for work hours
- Prioritize which business phone number first receives calls with a Ring Group
- Set up custom rules for one-off call forwarding arrangements
- Choose the ring order for incoming calls
- Forward incoming calls to an external number
