Enabling Voicemail to Email

Question

• How can I send voicemails to my school email address?
• I get my voicemails are forwarded to my school email address but stay unread in my voicemail. How can I have the voicemail marked as read upon forwarding?

Resolution

Foward Voicemails to Email

1. Press the Envelope button on your desk phone. 
   1. Type in your passcode if prompted.
2. Using the arrow buttons, navigate to Email and press the Change button. 
   1. If you are missing the Email option, please request it at Report a problem with voicemail service​​​​​​​.
3. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Select the type of forwarding you'd like to set up. 
   • Off - Turns Voicemail to Email feature off completely. 
   • Copy - Send a copy of the message as an attachment. Keep the message in my voicemail. 
   • Forward - Send the message as an attachment to my email. Delete the message from my voicemail.
   • Alert - Send a notification email to my email to check my voicemail. The actual voicemail message is not sent.
4. Select the Save​​​​​​​ button to save the changes. 
5. Leave yourself a voicemail using another phone to test to make sure the new configuration works.
