Retrieving Voicemails On-Campus

Issue/Question

• How do I get my voicemails while using my phone on campus?

Resolution

1. Press the Envelope button to the left of the "OK" button.
   • 
2. Highlight "Listen" using the up and down arrow buttons and press OK.
   • The numbers shown next to "Listen" indicate the number of new, old, and saved messages.
3. Use the up and down arrow buttons to highlight which messages (New, Old, or Saved) that you want to listen to and press OK.
   • The details of the first message of that type will be displayed.

Now that you've navigated to your voicemails, use the up and down arrow buttons to scroll through the messages and use the soft keys to control the playback actions for the current message.
