Applications Available Within the Company Portal

• What applications are available within the Company Portal?
• I have the Company Portal on my computer. What software can I download with it?

Resolution

• The following applications are available to most users:
  • Adobe Acrobat Reader DC
  • Dell Command Update
  • Microsoft Teams
  • VLC Media Player
  • Zoom Workplace
• Depending on your role at the college, you may have access to the following applications. (If you expect to see one of these apps and do not have it available, please submit a ticket.)
  • Adobe Creative Cloud
  • GlobalProtect
    
  • RingCentral

Each application updates automatically, so there is no need to install multiple versions. Available apps are not installed on your machine until you hit the install button within each menu.
