Request an entry in the Massasoit Minute, an email that is sent to all employees of the College every week, typically on Monday mornings. Submissions must be received by Thursday at 12:00 pm for inclusion in the following week's edition.

  • Flyers will not be published

  • Blurbs must be 3 to 4 sentences max

  • Entries will only be included once - no weekly repeats

    • Exceptions may be made per the discretion of the Marketing & Communications Office

  • Submissions must include the Office/Department name requesting the entry

When you send in information to the MM, please submit in the following format:

News/Event/Announcement Title
Day of the Week, Month, Date from Times (if applicable)

  • For example: Wednesday, September 9 from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm

Location (if applicable)
Summary of News/Event/Announcement (3 to 4 sentences max)


During the summer, the Massasoit Minute is sent out less frequently.
