Checking your RingCentral voicemail messages by phone

From a Mobile, Landline, or Outside Phone

1. Call your RingCentral Main Number or your Direct Number.
2. Wait for your greeting to start, then immediately press *.
3. Enter your Voicemail PIN, followed by #.
4. Follow the voice prompts, or press 1 to listen to your messages. 

Note: If you don't know your PIN, you can reset it by logging into your RingCentral Online Account.
