1. Call the first party: Dial the first person's phone number or extension and wait for them to answer.
2. Access conference mode: Press the More soft key on the screen to see the second page of options. Then, press the Conference (or Confrnc) soft key. This puts the first party on hold.
3. Dial the second party: Use the dial pad to enter the phone number or extension of the second person you want to add. Press Send if prompted and wait for them to answer.
4. Merge the calls: Once the second person answers and agrees to join, press More again, then press the Conference soft key to link all three parties together.
Managing the Conference Call
• Put on hold: Press the Hold soft key to place all parties on hold.
• Split calls: Press Split to separate the conference into two individual held calls.
• End the call: Hang up the phone or press the End Call soft key to disconnect
